As a writer, editor, and professor, Tamara's work has been all about communicating wellness. Since completing yoga teacher training in 2013, she’s enjoyed teaching yoga to the young women at Bennett College, where she developed the “Whole Yoga” approach that incorporates movement, breath, philosophy and science. Things to know for class:
Show up! You are welcome to bring your own mat, props and water.
If you forgot your props and mat, no worries! We have extra that you can borrow (free).
Check in at the front desk and then place your belongings down in a cubby.
We encourage students to arrive approx. 10 mins before class starts.
Running late? No biggie. Whenever you arrive, it's perfect timing for you!
Get settled on your mat inside of the studio space.
Flow with us. Ask questions. Dance and/or sing. Have fun & breathe!
